It’s like I’m stood in the middle of the biggest field – not just an acre or two, thousands of acres. I’m stood in this field and, I’m suffocating. I can’t see a way forward or back and my feet are glued to the spot but in the next breath I can’t feel my body at all and it’s like my body is a shell, the inside is gone, I don’t know. I’m looking on. And then all I know is I’m here and there is a way out, a small tiny hole just the right size for me. But it’s a way away, a long way away and I’ve got to crawl to it but its there and it’s waiting for me and I’ve just got to hold on tight, hold on, take deep breathes and believe.

You created a terrifying feeling of claustrophobia here. But, most of all, I hope this helps you begin to Believe in yourself.
