August Apology

Hi folks,

Just wanted to say sorry for the currently delayed service – this is due to leaves on the line, one editor moving house and the other getting married.

All my trains were cancelled the whole day today because someone stole some signalling cable at Tilehurst. Who on earth wants to steal signalling cable? If it was you… I shake my fist at you in anger, and my head in disbelief.

I am sorry for any delay this will cause to your journey (thanks a lot, disembodied voice.)

Please listen for further announcements – or just come back tomorrow, when normal service at The Pygmy Giant will be resumed. Thank you!
