War is always noisy
but peace only speaks
when it is spoken of
When there is no war
peace goes about unnoticed
whereas it should advance itself
and be recognised
otherwise it can easily
get shot down in the dark
misadventure they call it
that is in contrast to battle
which is known as an adventure
is gung-ho
is gunfire
whereas peace is just a lull
in the procedure
And yet if it spoke up for itself
nay, shouted out its name
it could be the main event
a time for elation
Instead of reflection

Excellent!
I particularly like the lines …
‘it could be the main event
a time for elation
Instead of reflection’
I will print this out and keep it nearby.
